vondelpark

Bret has had pneumonia for a while now...oh wait I forgot to blog about that! long story, but the short version is after the third round of antibiotics, (I know, seriously!) some other drugs, and lots of rest and and orders not to work...he is getting better. Poor guy. Thankful that he didn't have to stay in the hospital and that he went it to the doc when he did. 

The kids and I needed to get out of the house, I bet he rested even better with us gone, and we knew he was ok. 

we took the train into Amsterdam with friends and enjoyed a day at Vondelpark, climbing on trees, playing at different playgrounds and enjoying time together.

They have the neatest playgrounds here....look how high up this crazy bridge is?!
