They do not have Soo Bahk Do here, so we had to try something new. Aidan decided on Judo and today was his first belt test. Its very different and much more physical contact and throwing people around than the previous martial arts he practiced. Its been a good activity for him and a friend of his Jett from school even joined the class.
Eek! I think I would have a hard time with it being so physical. How are you holding up, mama?
